AI that meets healthcare’s privacy bar
Protected health information demands infrastructure that’s physically isolated, not just logically separated. Macyou gives you a dedicated machine — your data never shares hardware with anyone else.
What's at stake
PHI exposure risk
Multi-tenant cloud AI services process PHI on shared infrastructure, creating compliance gaps.
Unpredictable costs
Per-token pricing makes budgeting for clinical AI workloads difficult and unpredictable.
Vendor lock-in
Proprietary APIs create dependencies that are hard to unwind in regulated environments.
Audit complexity
Shared infrastructure makes it harder to demonstrate data isolation during compliance audits.
How Macyou helps
One machine per customer
Physically dedicated Apple Silicon — no multi-tenancy, no shared memory, no shared storage. Your data stays on your hardware.
HIPAA-aligned controls
Controls aligned with HIPAA safeguards: full disk encryption, network isolation, dedicated firewall, and disk wipe between tenants. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is not yet available — contact [email protected] before processing PHI.
GDPR-friendly jurisdiction
Customer workload data — model weights, prompts, inference results, and files on your dedicated Mac — is processed and stored exclusively in our Tbilisi, Georgia data center, outside US CLOUD Act reach. Account metadata (email, billing, audit logs) uses EU/US sub-processors; full list in our DPA.
OpenAI-compatible, vendor-neutral
Standard API means no vendor lock-in. Switch models or providers without rewriting your application.
