One machine per customer

Physically dedicated Apple Silicon — no multi-tenancy, no shared memory, no shared storage. Your data stays on your hardware.

HIPAA-aligned controls

Controls aligned with HIPAA safeguards: the internal SSD is hardware-encrypted by Apple Silicon, network isolation, a dedicated firewall, and the tenant account and its data are erased between customers, with the outcome verified and logged. A Business Associate Agreement is not yet available — contact compliance@macyou.co before processing PHI.

GDPR-friendly jurisdiction

Customer workload data — model weights, prompts, inference results, and files on your dedicated Mac — is processed and stored exclusively in our Tbilisi, Georgia data center. Account metadata (email, billing, audit logs) uses EU/US sub-processors; full list in our DPA.

OpenAI-compatible, vendor-neutral
