API rate limit headers missing
API responses were missing X-RateLimit-* headers. Rate limits were still enforced correctly but clients couldn't read remaining quota.
Issue identified — rate limit headers not attached to responses.
Fix deployed. Headers now included in all API responses.
Resolved. Monitoring for recurrence.
Elevated provisioning times
Some server provisioning requests took up to 3 minutes instead of the usual sub-minute provisioning due to a queue backlog.
Monitoring alert: provisioning queue depth above threshold.
Root cause: a batch of reserved servers scheduled simultaneously. Scaling provisioning workers.
Queue cleared. Provisioning times back to normal.
Dashboard login delays
Users experienced 5-10 second delays when logging into the dashboard due to a slow authentication provider response.
Reports of slow login. Investigating auth provider latency.
Auth provider confirmed intermittent slowness on their side.
Provider resolved the issue. Login times back to normal.
